Sorry for all the questions. I'd email you, but I suspect I'm not the only curious one, and I'm half serious about wanting to try ec with j...

What do you do at night? Do you have to get up when L gets fidgety?
And does he have easy-off clothes and nappies? I'm worried it would take me too long to get into the clothes, undo the wrap, the nappi-nippa etc, and it would be too late. Because I do know when j's going to poo, but I'm not quick enough to do anything about it.

Hope you had a lovely day. B'card was sent, but I suspect we missed the post on Friday, as the box sounded awfully empty when we dropped it in.

I don't always pick up on the signals by any means! We miss loads, but it helps to sort out the wriggling quickly when I can tell he needs to go (all that latching on and off M used to do and general fussing and probably it was just he needed a wee!), and poos are easier to clean up. He always wears a nappy as back up, I'm not brave at all about nappy free time! A muslin with no cover is as brave as it gets here. It's really cool when you realise you've communicated about needing a wee though and even A is taking him sometimes.

Hi. Glad you've got a blog at last :)

Really interested to read about the EC. It's something I thought about, but decided I'm probably not AP enough to always pick up on the signals. Jasper loves kicking nappy-free though. Do you keep L in a nappy most of the time and take it off when you think he needs to go, or is he just in a nappy when you're out?
